Certified Kitchen Manager

Everyone working in The Mix Kitchen must have a Registered Food Manager Certificate.

If you or someone on your team does not have one, please click on the link below to access the Texas Department of State Health Services (DSHS), Certified Food Manager (CFM) website for more information on how to obtain the Certificate.

You can also visit ServSafe who offer educational courses and programs that will enable to obtain your Food Manager Certification.

Certificate of Insurance

To reserve a Pod and cook in The Mix Kitchen, you must have a certificate of insurance that lists The Mix Kitchen as "additional insured."
